Vstreamhd asks, allows and encourages its users to share a product or service according to the usage terms and limits of that product or service and shall not be liable to any infringement caused to that product or service by its users.

Access To Account & Service

Vstreamhd will provide you free access to your account with useful cool features like login cards, group-chats, encrypted password sharing, group payments management. You should be providing and using correct information on Vstreamhd. Vstreamhd can block you from access to its product & services if you are found using false information, in breach of terms of service, being abusive on platform, promoting or making hate speech, nuditity, voilent or offensive content.

Administrating a payments group

Vstreamhd shall not be used for commerical gains. For becoming an admin of a sharing group you should check the checkbox and ensure that you comply with the usage terms and limits of that online product or service while creating the group. You should be the owner of the product or service you are sharing and have the right to access or share it. Vstreamhd will not be responsible for any losses or blocking that you may suffer for incompliance or breach to terms of that product or service that you share. Vstreamhd will not be responsible for any losses or lost access to shared product or service that you may suffer for creating a sharing group on its platform.

Refunds To Group Joiners

As a Admin if you fail to provide access to the online product or service you had created the group for to your joiners for a full group membership period (28 days in most cases) or you fail to fix access issues within 24hours. The amount paid by your joiner to you will be refunded to joiner.

Joining a payments group

For joining a sharing group you must check the checkbox and ensure that you comply with the usage terms and limits of that online product or service. Vstreamhd will not be responsible for any losses or blocking that you may suffer for incompliance or breach to terms of that product or service that you share.

Non Refundable Service Fee

Vstreamhd charges a small non refundable service fee when you make a group joining transaction. Amount of this service fee is clearly mentioned on the checkout page of each transaction and not liable to refund under any circumstances such as wrongly joining a group or joining a incapacitated sharing group or not wishing to be the part of the group.

Refundable Admins Cut

You can ask for a refund for the amount you paid to the admin of a group. if a) The group you joined is incapacitated. b)The access credentials do not work and admin fails to resolve the issue c) The admin of the group is abusive.

Wallet Settlements

You can request transfer of withdrawable balance from your Vstreamhd wallet to saved bank account anytime. Your requested amount will be settled in your saved bank account mainly within 24 hours of request but it may be late due to weekdays, national holidays, banking errors or natural disasters. Vstreamhd will settle the amount only to the saved bank account and you should be responsible for providing your correct banking details and Vstreamhd will not be responsible for any losses that you may occur due to you providing your wrong banking details.

Withdrawable Amount

Amount you receive from joiner only becomes withdrawable after 28 days of properly sharing your product or service with them. In case of a incapacitated sharing, the amount paid by joiner to you will be fully refunded back to the joiner. Amount you receive under refund or invite & earn are withdrawable immediately.

Content Uploaded By You

By uploading a content such as profile picture or banner images etc you are granting Vstreamhd permission to use that content on its platform on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of content uploaded by you and ownership will remain with you or any other third party whose content you used.
